I have a subscription but everything is still locked. What can I do?

Occasionally subscriptions are not activated immediately. To force the app to recognise your purchase, follow these steps:

  1. Open the profile tab
  2. Tap on the Settings wheel in the top right hand corner
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen
  4. Tap Restore purchase

If you continue to experience issues, contact us here and select Subscription access issue from the dropdown list.
