My session keeps freezing or crashing. What can I do?

If you are experiencing issues with video playback, or the app freezes or crashes, follow these steps:

  1. Update the app to the latest version
  2. Log out and then back in (tap I already have an account, not Get started)
  3. Force close the app, then re-open it
  4. Uninstall and reinstall the app
  5. Restart your device
