My session keeps freezing or crashing. What can I do?
If you are experiencing issues with video playback, or the app freezes or crashes, follow these steps:
- Update the app to the latest version
- Log out and then back in (tap I already have an account, not Get started)
- Force close the app, then re-open it
- Uninstall and reinstall the app
- Restart your device
